The stay featured a clean environment with attentive cleaning staff and a conveniently located hotel. However, a chair malfunctioned during my stay, and the front desk's response was lackluster, with no follow-up after they assured me they would file a report. Moreover, the bar was unexpectedly closed for dinner due to supply issues, which was disappointing.

Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable with great service! The location was easy to access from main roads and close to local eateries. Clean rooms, but the bar was closed during our visit.
The mattress could be improved for better comfort.

The room was spotless, and I loved the late check-in experience. Jason was a great help showing us around!

The Korean dishes were a real knockout, leaving us craving more! And despite some hiccups, the staff did their best with the limited breakfast spread. Plus, the hotel’s location was a gem, close to Kirin Asian Cuisine, which is a must-try!
However, there was a bit of confusion around the breakfast payment. one cook requested cash while another said to charge it to the room, leading to some unintentional tipping. Still, it didn’t dim the overall experience too much.

Request a room away from the elevators for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

missingWrote a review on 19 Octdirty roomunbearable noise
During our stay, the room cleanliness was an issue. we checked into a dirty room initially. The noise levels were unbearable at 6 am when a guest was screaming profanities next door, and it took a distressing hour for the staff to call the police after multiple complaints. Overall, I felt the maintenance and cleanliness standards were lacking significantly.

Family friendly spot! !
Checking in was a breeze! Ericka at the front desk was super helpful, explaining everything quickly and even assisted with my bags! Jacob at the bar also brightened my day with some good laughs and drink suggestions.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what I got.

Great stay with close attractions!
We had a nice time! The location is super convenient, with tons of stores and restaurants nearby, all just a short drive away. The breakfast looked great, but we had to grab pizza since the restaurant closed early. Wish they had a pool too, but the comfy beds made it worth it!

The hotel had an awesome fitness center, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We loved our Queen Room with two beds which worked out great for our large family. Plus, it’s conveniently located near attractions, making it easy to explore Tulsa.
My kids wished the hotel had a pool.

Had a lovely stay with attentive cleaning staff who kept our room spotless, and the bed was super comfy. The gym had great equipment to unwind after a busy day. The outdoor area was nice for relaxing. Just a heads up, the elevators could be a bit slow, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 😊

missingWrote a review on 11 Aprclean roomscomfortable bedsbreakfast issuesstaff interactions
Positive aspects included the room cleanliness and comfortable beds, which made for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was strong, ensuring a refreshing experience. Unfortunately, breakfast was a disappointment due to limited options and the misleading information about its availability. I found the front desk staff to be somewhat short in their interactions, lacking the warmth one might expect. The elevators were slow and creaky, causing some inconvenience when moving between floors. Overall, while the stay provided some comforts, the service and dining aspects left room for improvement.
